The Role of Self-Efficacy and Teacher Workload on Primary School Teacher Performance: Systematic Literature Review

چکیده
Kinerja guru sekolah dasar dapat dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan dalam menjalankan serta menyelesaikan beban kerja yang dimiliki guru. Self efficacy akan sangat berguna Penelitian systematic literatur review ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan peran Self-Efficacy terhadap hasil kinerja Peneliti menggunakan metode meta-analis. Tahap-tahap penelitian meta analisis yaitu merumuskan permasalahan diteliti, menggunpulkan sumber data penelitian, menganalisis data, membuktikan kebenaran dengan analisis, dan menyimpulkan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan digunakan peneliti cara mencari artikel sudah terpublikasi di jurnal online sesuai melalui database online. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa self mempunyai cukup penting Sehingga disimpulkan Self-efficacy seorang kinerjanya.
